It shoots you in the crack.

Superion's specialty is breaking things. And few weapons are as well-suited to breaking things as the stress fracture cannon. Its beam finds and overloads a target's natural fracture points, shattering it. The weapon can be set to varying levels of precision—it can crack an eggshell or cause a seismic disturbance. Guess which one Superion prefers.

Flintlock, one of Landfill's Nebulan partners, transforms into a stress pistol with infra-red sighting which can induce metal stress and metal fatigue in its targets, eventually causing them to fracture—though Landfill is probably still feared for his hygiene more than anything else.
