- Optimus Primal is the Maximal leader from the live-action film continuity family.
Optimus Primal is a very large gorilla! He's here to warn Optimus Prime about a great evil. Another great evil. There's so many. But this one's the biggest, we swear.
He has swords that can combine into a dual-ended staff.
