As part of the Diaspora, Scope ended up in the universe known to the GoBots as "Level 44". Cultural Appropriation

"Scope" is based on the GoBots "Robo-Scope" toy released by ARCO. His partnership with Rifle references the fact that he was only available as an add-on packaged with the "Hot Chamber Cap Rifle" toy that was the basis of Rifle.
