Synopsis
While on patrol, Ultra Magnus and Hot Rod come across an Obon Festival. Despite Ultra Magnus' hesitancy, Hot Rod is eager to take in the festival's many activities, dragging his superior with him. However, the fun and games stop once Hot Rod discovers Starscream holding fireworks adorned with Decepticon symbols, presumably for nefarious purposes.
