But unbeknownst to his captors, he sabotaged the equipment they had forced him to work on, causing the the North Koreans to suffer losses due to his handiwork. Years later, when he was taken captive by Megatron and forced to create a system where the Decepticons could convert regular gasoline into Transformer fuel, he recalled his time as a POW and took similar measures, sabotaging the Decepticons by poisoning their fuel.
