The Nemesis was the Decepticon command ship, under the command of Megatron. The Nemesis attacked the Ark in an attempt to capture the All Spark from the Autobots. The ship was destroyed when space bridge activated by the All Spark exploded after the Autobots traveled through it. Starscream later resided in the slagged ship, waiting for the All Spark to reveal itself.
