- Part of the fifth wave of Studio Series Core Class, Terrorcon Freezer is based on the character's appearance in Rise of the Beasts, converting from a Frenzy-esque four-armed robot into three Cybertronian weapon modes: a handheld blaster, a free-standing gun emplacement, and a configuration designed to attach to Studio Series Scourge's truck bed.
- Freezer and wavemate Arcee were first revealed via Amazon Australia listings, days before their official reveal by Hasbro on January 10, 2023.
