This is the only Binaltech story not written by Hirofumi Ichikawa.
It was published on satellite TV provider Takarand's site as part of their "USA Edition Prowl" promotion, where it give out 60 copies of Alternators Prowl that had the "Highway Patrol" paint application replaced with "Satellite Patrol".
