Doug Lefler is an American director, producer, writer and storyboard artist. Born in Southern California, he started in the industry as a storyboard artist and writer. Much of his early work was storyboarding on The Transformers, G.I. Joe, Jem and the Holograms and Denver, the Last Dinosaur. He got his break into directing in the early 90s, when he snagged a job as second unit director on Army of Darkness, and since then had directed television and feature films including Hercules, The Legendary Journey, Xena, Warrior Princess, Spider-Man and The Last Legion.
