Edmund Paul Lewis (born October 18, 1969) is an American actor and voice director. Some of his best known voice roles include Ryo Bakura and Jack Atlas in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, Zangulus in Slayers, King Dedede and Escargoon in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, Torch in G.I. Joe: Sigma 6, and a ton of characters in the Pokémon franchise, including Giovanni, Tracey Sketchit, and the announcer in the Pokémon Stadium games.
