Whilce Portacio (born July 8, 1963) is a Filipino-American comic book artist and writer well-known for his work on the X-Men, The Punisher, and Iron Man franchises for Marvel Comics, followed by Spawn and Wetworks for Image Comics. In the 1990s, he left Marvel to found Image with fellow artists, Rob Liefeld and Jim Lee.
