  • Grandus (Cybertron, 1991)
  • ID number: C-371
Released in the Return of Convoy part of the original Takara Transformers toyline, Spinner is a Micromaster that transforms into a Cybertronic police car.
He is a rarity among the "partner" Micromasters of this and the previous year, in that he actually has some paint applications in addition to stickers, namely blue-painted windows and roof lights.
He was only available with his larger partner Grandus, whose "base" mode has several gimmicks intended for use with Micromasters.

Notes

[edit]
  • Judging by his alternate mode, Spinner appears to be named after the futuristic flying police cars from Blade Runner.
