The Cutter Beam was an ability used by [[Megatron (RID)|Megatron]]. It was usualy voice activated, when it was it was fired from the crest atop Megatron's head. usually it was a yellow (or green) beam of energy but sometimes it appeared as lightning light bolts and even short busts. It may be related to a [[particle beam]] or it may not, who knows? (or cares?)
