Snippy Snappy is a member of the Backpack Bunch from BotBots.

"Scissors? I hardly know 'ers!"

On Earth, human children are often taught by their elders that they should never run with scissors. Snippy Snappy was obviously never taught that, because despite the fact that he is a pair of scissors, he always moves at top speed, though no one really knows why. He also happens to like making jokes, which is really the only time he'll stop moving around so fast.

Maybe he was taught to never run with scissors and his desire to go fast is part of some long-running joke!

• Snippy Snappy was sent to many Transformers news & information sites as the "ribbon cutting" 'bot, preceding the arrival of a giant box set full of literally every Series 1 BotBots package for said sites to review.
• Snippy appears in sticker form (albeit with red handles) on Hashtagz's laptop mode.
