After finding a mysterious base under the Pacific Ocean, Jay and Vanessa were anchored and dragged through the base's corridors by a Sideswipe clone, just before a second one appeared behind and engaged them. After getting themselves free and being picked up by Bumblebee, both clones are killed with help from Optimus Prime and Sideswipe. Transformers: Shadows Rising
