Gamakichi

Gamakichi (ガマ吉) is a toad with the power to harness chakra. He probably hangs out with Kurama.

An escape pod left Cybertron before crash-landing on a wooded planet. A Cybertronian ventured out from the pod into the forest and sighted a growling orange blur. Collaborative Gamakachi transforms from robot to toad based on the creature of the same name from the manga series [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Naruto|{{#if:||Naruto}}]], and comes in a two-pack with fellow Naruto character Kurama (though said two-pack is specifically branded as a [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Naruto Shippuden|{{#if:||Naruto Shippuden}}]] product). Gamakichi comes armed with a sword, and includes a scroll that he can hold in his beast mode mouth. His beast mode forelegs can also wield Kurama's kunai if you want to.

Gamakichi's robot mode heavily resembles Beast Wars Spittor.

Kurama & Gamakichi were revealed by Hasbro on October 10, 2024, and went up for pre-order the same day.

Notes

• Gamakichi-the-Transformer winks into existence fully formed next to Kurama after the latter acquires his fox form. Given "poofing out of thin air next to Naruto" is most of the original Gamakichi's job description, this is arguably form and function.
• In the Naruto anime, Gamakichi was voiced by Yōji Ueda in Japanese and Dave Wittenberg in English.
