Arturo Castañeda Mendoza (born October 3, 1988) is a Mexican actor and voice director.
Castañeda is mostly known as the Latin-American Spanish voice of Barry Allen / Flash in the DC-based productions, Whis in the Dragon Ball franchise, Hiccup in the How to Train Your Dragon films, Jackson Jekyll / Holt Hyde in various Monster High animated films, Snails in My Little Pony, and Forky in Toy Story 4.
He is the son of actors Mario Castañeda and Rommy Mendoza.
