The elephant is currently the largest living land animal on Earth, with populations remaining in Asia and Africa. It is characterized by its large size relative to humans and its prehensile nose.
It is related to the mammoth.

Elephants were among the animals found in an island paradise in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. However, the Decepticons used it as a site for their base, Trypticon, and the frightened animals formed a stampede, which alerted the Autobots to the Decepticon presence.
