Megatron (Squad Busters)

Megatron is an Decepticon C.O.M.B.A.T. Bot from Squad Busters (via Earth Wars).

Megatron towers over the opposition in terms of his sheer zeal for battle. Commanding, unwavering, he is a living example of what a Cybertronian can achieve, and an example to other Decepticons. First and foremost, Megatron considers himself a patriot, a giant among his peers. No battle is too trivial in his optics, and big or small, his commitment to snatching the glittering prize is unparalleled.

Due to the fact that Megatron was never a playable unit in the Squad Busters game, his in-game appearance is instead his standard Earth Wars appearance which in turn is based on his Combiner Wars Leader Class figure, but with the same super deformed proportions to match the game's artstyle and his counterpart.

• Star Ratings: 2 - 5 stars
• Abilities: Sends a Commanding Shout to the equipped bot every 15 seconds, granting nearby allies a DPS boost on normal attacks for 15 seconds. The equipped bot will have a percentage of their DPS also transmitted into healing on every attack done and grants the C.O.M.B.A.T. a 30% Reflection Shield.

• Although this specific version of Megatron isn't explicitly confirmed to be of the Squad Busters universe, it should be noted that his addition was done as a collaborative effort between the Supercell game of the same name and Transformers: Earth Wars to celebrate the Transformers brand's 40th anniversary.
