Here's my first attempt at starting a Wiki page that (hopefully) the admins will not care about.
Here's my attempt at storing potentially useful scale info that (hopefully) the admins will not care about.
Using Micromaster "official" height of 7 feet average, that puts my "ideal" scale at O-scale (1:43).  
 
Maybe someone else out there cares more about alt-modes being in scale than the Sunbow robot modes.

I also assume most bots' alt-modes do not grow/shrink with few exceptions, such as Soundwave, Megatron, Blaster and cassette-bots.
If neither Micromasters nor cassettes were important to my collection, I would consider 1:60 (Diaclone scale) to maximize the number of G1 original toys that fit the same scale.
