- Galactic Man is an Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family (via AAE).
Galactic Man (银河人), aka TC-Shockwave is an interstellar drifting clone. He suffers from severe defects in his memory modules, causing them to reboot every four million years and adapt to a different name and identity each time. The only constant is his original designation code: 4C-AM.
