Galactic Man is an Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity family (via AAE).

Galactic Man (银河人 Yínhé Rén), aka TC-Shockwave is an interstellar drifting clone. He suffers from severe defects in his memory modules, causing them to reboot every four million years and adapt to a different name and identity each time. The only constant is his original designation code: 4C-AM.

Fiction

AAE toy bios

After going through multiple name changes, now calling himself "Galactic Man," he encounters a Shockwave who bears the exact same appearance as himself...

Notes

  • This character was created by Auldey designer Lam Ahtek. He said the character was written around the history of original Galactic Man toy. (He even actually almost called him "Shackwave" at first.) It was originally called "4 Changeable Astro Magnum," then "4-Changeable Spark Man," and later "Galactic Man." He felt that, historically, Galactic Man and Shockwave existed in parallel (in 1984, the same design originating from the Four Changeable Magnum toy ended up becoming both Shockwave and Galactic Man), so this name works better as this page title.
  • "TC" stands for "ToyCo," while "4C-AM" means "4 Changable Astro Magnum."
