That big green, fire-snortin' lizard is a mysterious creature referred to once. Apparently, it is big, green, and possibly snorts fire.

Alerted to trouble in Oregon by Dum Dum, S.H.I.E.L.D. employee Nicholas threatened to quit if it was that big green, fire-snortin' lizard. Prisoner of War!
(It is fairly obvious that Nicholas is referring to that dreaded, irradiated monster, Godzilla, who had his own short-lived Marvel Comics series in which he was hunted down by Dum Dum. This being a Transformers universe, of course, he could have been referring to Hojoni...)
