Blackpool is a city in England. Except it's technically NOT a "city". And it is a dump, unfortunately. Sure, it looks pretty, like a Paris/EuroDisney hybrid, in the photos. But you can't dress mutton as lamb.

Shockwave's dissidents kept a secret underwater base off the coast of Blackpool. Surrender!
