French Tickner is a Canadian voice actor. He is also an emeritus professor of music at the University of British Columbia.
Seriously, that's his name.
He has played characters such as Watari in Death Note, Dozle Zabi in Mobile Suit Gundam, Jubei Yamada in Fatal Fury, Santa in Pucca and many more.
