Jan Spitzer is a German actor and voice actor. He was born on May 16, 1947.
His career as an actor began in 1968, when he completed his education at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst "Ernst Bush" Berlin (Ernst Bush Academy for the Dramatic Arts in Berlin). Even as a student, he acted in the German motion picture Abschied(Farewell), an adaptation of the novel by Johannes R. Becher. Many movie and TV roles followed.
Since 1990, he has also worked as a voice actor. He has lent his voice to Chris Cooper, Jon Voight, Ted Levine, Danny Trejo, Joaquim de Almeida, Brad Garrett and many more.
