Heavy Barrel is a Mini-Con hailing from a long-dead colony world, rescued by the Decepticons and caught up in the events caused by the Unicron Singularity. He is perhaps the cheeriest, most friendly robot in all of existence, which is incredibly unnerving to friend and foe alike. People can at least comprehend the crazed cackling of a hyper-violent sadist in battle. Polite conversation and compliments during barrages? Not so much. It even creeps Buzzsaw out.[1]
