- Mecha molars are a part of Transformers' anatomy from the Marvel Comics portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Mecha molars are found in the mouths of Transformers, or at least in the mouths of those who transform into animal-based forms. They require maintenance, such as filing down corrosions, but the process may leave one's jaw sticky and in need of lubricant. Totaled!
Presumably, a mecha molar is a kind of tooth. The only Transformer that we know for sure possessed mecha molars was Grimlock in Tyrannosaurus Rex mode, which is odd since Tyrannosaurs had long sharp teeth like chisels or "lethal bananas"[1] rather than anything resembling a molar, which is a kind of tooth unique to mammals. The most likely explanation for this is that Sludge never went to Cybertronian (or prehistoric Earth) dentistry school.
