- Rod is a Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy.
Rod is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across Earth after the crash of the Exodus.
(Note: Rod's name is most likely a shortened version of "Rodimus Prime", as the first three Micron Booster assortment "headliners" have names similar to Japanese Autobot leaders.)
