Chrome is a Mini-Con from the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy.
Chrome is one of the many power-enhancing Mini-Cons who help the Autobots search the galaxy for raw Energon deposits.
(Note: Chrome's name is most likely a shortened version of "Chromedome", as the first three Micron Booster assortment "headliners" have names similar to Japanese Autobot leaders.)
Toy
Chrome's only toy is a redeco of the "Corona" version of the Mini-Con Sparkplug. He was sold as part of the second Micron Booster assortment (called "Ver.1") in Japan, in individual, blind-packed boxes so you did not know which Mini-Con you got until you opened the box and opaque black plastic bag inside.
