MC Axis is a Japanese collectibles company. They have released several limited assortments of non-transforming merchandise since the Headmasters era.

In 1996 they released a line of Takara approved resin model "garage kits" based on multiple Transformers characters. These kits also included a pack-in comic written and drawn by Hidetsugu Yoshioka.
