Cosmos is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.

Cosmos is an Autobot of unknown occupation. He turns into a mobile observatory buggy.^[1]

Cosmos was visible among many Autobots celebrating the return of Sentinel "Magnus", and waved his alternate-mode nacelles (instead of his arms) in the air as Sentinel promised to hunt down Shockwave for assaulting Ultra Magnus. Decepticon Air Later, he was seen cheering for Optimus Prime and his crew when they returned to Cybertron after their victory over Megatron. Endgame, Part II

Another Cosmos, this one lacking the nacelles and colored like Brawn, appears in the overhead shot of the parade before we get the clear view of the properly-colored Cosmos.
