| This article is about the heroic Decepticon. For his evil second-in-command counterpart, see Cyclonus (G1). For a list of other meanings, see Cyclonus (disambiguation). |
|
This article is about a character or concept whose name has never been officially confirmed. |
- "Cyclonus" is a heroic Decepticon from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.

"Cyclonus" is one of many brave Decepticons following Megatron in his battle against Optimus Prime's cruel Autobot army.
Fiction
Shattered Glass
Cyclonus acted as a transport for the Constructicons when they retrieved Cliffjumper from the Rad Zone. He later partook in the strategic meeting to determine how to assault Prime's Ark to prevent its launch, but didn't say much. Cliffjumper's tale of Primus seemed to bring a smile to his face, though. Shattered Glass
Notes
- Cyclonus's coloration appears to be based on another prominent character first introduced in the 1986 movie: Rodimus Prime. His yellow wings even mimic Rodimus's own V-spoiler in robot mode. Also, just as the Shattered Glass Decepticon insignia is red rather than purple, so does "Cyclonus" compare to his Generation 1 counterpart.
