- The Destructons are a group of aliens from the Transformers in 3-D portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Destructons are a group of powerful organic/metallic beings who seemingly exist only to destroy. In fact, they almost destroyed the entire galaxy long ago, but were eventually defeated and imprisoned within a dimensional barrier by the Logicons. Eons later, they were unleashed upon the cosmos once again by a hapless Andagean scientist, and came into conflict with the Autobots and Decepticons alike. Can an alliance between the two warring factions withstand the onslaught? The world may never know...
(Probably yes, though, all things considered.)
The members are:
- Lord Imperious Delirious (leader)
- Bruton
- Medusa
- Psychokhan
Aside from the four named members, the Destructons also appear to have numerous smaller, nigh-identical grunt-troops. Just how cannon-foddery they are is up for debate.
