Decepticharge is a Decepticon from the Generation 1 series.
Decepticharge... is evil. Yeah. He apparently likes racing.
(Note: There is fan speculation that Decepticharge is an evil version of Windcharger, due to his name and that his head was designed for an ultimately-scrapped Windcharger retool of the Ford Mustang Alternators toy. But without any form of official bio, there is nothing to really support or refute this idea.)

Despite not being part of the Binaltech line, Decepticharge appears as the enemy in Honda's online Flash-animated Binaltech fighting game, as a straight yellow recolor of Overdrive. He has a wide variety of very strange powers with which to really beat the snot out of his opponents. These include growing to giant size or shrinking his opponents to tinyness then jupming up and down on them, and any number of blaster-rifle effects.
