Mars City is an Energon mining facility based somewhere on the planet Mars. We don't know exactly where it is on the planet, only that the Terrorcons attacked there several times and that a sizeable Mini-Con population existed there, including the team that made up the Energon Saber. That's something in its favor, isn't it?

Mars City was an Autobot base from the Energon portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.

Mars City was an enormous structure designed as an energon mining installation. It also served as one of many bases for the Autobots. Located in an unknown area on the planet Mars, it had a space bridge built in to it and had many transformers based there. It is unknown if any humans were active there, but this is doubtful.
