Grey DeLisle (born August 12th 1972) is an American voice actor. She is known for roles such as Asajj Ventress on Star Wars: Clone Wars, Princess Azula on Avatar: The Last Airbender, Mandy on The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Daphene Blake on Scobby Doo, Scarlett and Baroness on G.I. Joe Resolute and pretty much anything else that you've seen on the Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon in the past few years. She also has a band that she plays in with her husband.
