After Soundwave discovered the location of the All Spark shard needed to resurrect Megatron, he deployed Ravage to the island of Diego Garcia where the human-Autobot alliance NEST was based. Ravage infiltrated the base's defenses and released the Marble bots into the ventilation system of the chamber where the All Spark fragment was held. The Marble bots coalesced into Reedman and proceeded to steal the fragment. Security was alerted but were quickly dealt with by the razor-sharp Decepticon. The drone then headed outside and met up with Ravage, who fended off more humans and retrieved the fragment from Reedman. Revenge of the Fallen
Notes
- When the name "Reedman" appeared in the film's credits, everyone was mightily confused, because it doesn't sound like a Transformer's name. While the Nintendo DS Revenge of the Fallen: Decepticons video game would quickly confirm that Reedman was this razor-thing rapscallion a few days after the film's premiere, the name still stands out as odd; it's probably a similar scenario to "Wheelbot" and "Skipjack", where rough, silly-sounding preliminary names were included in the film's credits. The difference here is that Hasbro didn't provide a "proper" name for Reedy.
