- The Devastator Winds are a meteorological phenomenon from the live-action movie continuity.
The sturdy metal bodies of the Transformers, and all their most advanced technology, are no match for the terrifying force of nature known as the Devastator Winds. These torrential gusts rage all around the equator of Cybertron, shredding and flattening anything that attempts to stand in their path.
The primordial fear invoked by these windstorms was exploited by the Decepticons when they chose the name of their ultimate weapon.[1]
