Omega Doom is a super-weapon created by the Autobots as a means to conquer and rule the galaxy.

Shattered Glass
In an explanatory flashback that Aquarius showed to Breakaway, Topspin, and Landquake, Wheeljack's science squad left behind on Cybertron was building Omega Doom under Ironhide's coordination. Ironhide told Optimus Prime that the construction was going well, and all needed security was in place. Prime was certain that with Omega Doom at their disposal, they would be unstoppable in subduing the rest of the galaxy.
Back in the present day, Aquarius tried to convince his three listeners they were the only ones who could stop Omega Doom. Though Landquake and Breakaway were disbelieving of the notion that, even after finding their fifth teammate, they could possibly stop a doomsday weapon with just the four of them and a dead body.
