Bill Forster is an author and artist with IDW Publishing. Along with Jim Sorenson, he restored and did layouts of character designs in the Ark books. He hails from universal stream Quadwal -3760.925, where he and Jim Sorenson were incarcerated for a period of time (don't ask) before being recruited by Porter C.
