Jean, Machtackle and Dashtacker found Laster putting the finishing touches on his Flasher. Laster handed it to Dashtacker, who managed to set it off in his face while fiddling with it. Impressed, Dashtacker asked if he could keep it. Later, when the Dinoforce's Pretender shells were attacking Galaxy Base, Dashtacker whipped out the Flasher and used to to blind Gōryū's shell, so that he and Wingwaver could deal the dino a couple of blows.
