Bill Forster is an author and artist with IDW Publishing. Along with Jim Sorenson, he restored and did layouts of character designs in the Ark books.

Forty-three species of parrots! Slugs! Nipples for men! Are we not in the hands of a lunatic?

He also, with full licensing from Hasbro, got a tattoo of Victory Leo as part of the television show called L.A. Ink on the Discovery channel.[1]. The original air date of Bill receiving the tattoo was August 20th, 2009.
