- The Yggdrasill is a mythical tree in the Beast Wars Neo portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Yggdrasill is the legendary tree of the equally legendary planet Greengard. It is said to be responsible for the eternal greenness of the planet, maintaining the plant life so it never dies.

Unfortunately, when the Maximals came looking for Angolmois, Yggdrasill was nowhere to be seen, and the planet was an icy wasteland. The Angolmois was interfering with Yggdrasill's function, so once the Maximals discovered it, the planet returned to its legendary greatness, with Yggdrasill being revealed as the highest ice peak and where the Angolmois was found. Will the Second Capsule Slumber in the Garden of Paradise?!
Notes
- Yggdrasill takes its name from Yggdrasill, the World Tree from Norse mythology. Thor would be proud.
