Thundercracker is a heroic Decepticon from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.
Probably feels inferior to all the land vehicles, too.

Thundercracker is a member of the Mayhem Suppression Squad. If his paintjob doesn't blind his enemies into submission, he's got a sonic-dampening effect to shut them up.

Shattered Expectations

After Razorclaw signaled the Mayhem Suppression Squad for help, Thundercracker came bursting out of the sky, guns blazing and bombs dropping. Shattered Expectations

Shattered Glass

During a battle to defend the Arch-Ayr fuel dump from the evil Autobots, the Mayhem Suppression Squad was called in to assist. Thundercracker's blast of anti-sound managed to temporarily silence all of the voices in Arcee's head, leaving her vulnerable to attack. Dungeons & Dinobots
