Bombshell is a heroic Decepticon from the "Shattered Glass" continuity family.

Bombshell is the Decepticons' head psychologist. He isn't evil, and probably has no desire to take over your mind. He takes care of the psychiatric health of the troops, including holding group therapy sessions.

Cliffjumper ranked the possibility of seeing his own corpse as maybe the three-hundredth weirdest thing about the universe he was now stuck in, somewhere between Bombshell's group therapy sessions and the weird aftertaste that energon had. Dungeons & Dinobots

Starscream discovered that the captured Dinocons mysteriously had embers and the ability to transform, and had also become smarter and undergone some personality changes. He ordered Bombshell to give them a complete psychiatric evaluation to ensure they hadn't become dangerous. Bombshell reported that preliminary tests were "promising". Do Over

A redeco of the Insecticon Bombshell mold, Salvo transforms into a mechanical rhino beetle. The "control seat" in the insect-mode back / robot-mode chest can open up and store one of the three energon cubes that come with the set. Salvo was only available in the e-Hobby exclusive set with Shothole and Zaptrap. This figure was repurposed as "Shattered Glass" Bombshell.
