Personal Canon
El Presidente is the former military ruler of Carbombya and the father of Abdul Fakkadi. He was deposed (somehow) and replaced by Prince Jumal, the rightful heir to the throne. The Decepticons helped Ali take over Carbombya as part of a larger plan. Aerial Assault takes place in Carbombya, during which Jumal is returned to power. Sometime between Aerial Assault and Season 3, Abdul Fakkadi takes over.
Soundwave and Blaster are females, the cassettes are their children.
Shockwave can retract his gun hand and replace it with a normal hand, he just prefers the gun hand.
