Cyberium is a substance used in Transformer construction. As well as being made into armor, it is also used as oil. It is unsurprisingly toxic to humans in oil form.

The Autobots and Decepticons possessed armor made of Cyberium. A sample of Cyberium bot oil at the crime scene led the Autobots to discover who was trying to frame Optimus Prime.
