The name or term "Brimstone" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Brimstone (disambiguation).
Brimstone is a Decepticon from some continuity family, probably the live-action film one.
That's right, I don't have a movie-style logo. Chew on that one.

Brimstone is getting older, but he's still determined to make sure that everyone realizes that he's still the big bad "king of the road." He's kept this self-declared title by roughing up those who get in his way, but Hubcap, the only Autobot who dared oppose him, is determined to finally put an end to his bullying now that the two are on Earth.
