Throttler is Sledge's partner. He's a vicious little bastard with four modes, including two different drills and body armor for when Sledge is in power up mode.

Power Core Combiners
- Sledge with Throttler (Commander Class, 2010)
- Throttler was available only with his partner Sledge as part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners Commander Class figures. Throttler transforms from a robot into a drill that can be attached to the Commanders in vehicle mode or used in robot mode, and "body armor" for both normal and super-mode Commanders.
